EAOM London 2023

The EAOM London 2023 E-congress fee includes:

• On site or virtual Congress Attendance
• Access to all abstract sessions / posters online
• Online Submission and Registration
• Password Protected Access for all Delegates
• Certificate of attendance

Payment and General Conditions

All registration fees are quoted in Ponds Sterling (£). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.

Payment of fees

Credit card: Payment via credit card is recommended and can be made through the online services on our secured server. For security reasons, under no circumstances should credit card details be sent by email or fax.

Bank transfer: Please contact admin@eaom.co if your institution wishes to pay by Bank transfer

Bank charges must be paid by the participants in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure to indicate full participant name/s and affiliation/s.

Cancellation

Please be aware that no refunds will be processed in case of cancellation of a registration.

Miscellaneous

Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
